Join us for a series of educational concerts on the mobile carillon „Gdańsk”

MOBILE CARILLON

is a special version of a carillon. Instead of being high up in a tower, its bells are mounted on a trailer pulled by a beautiful vintage lorry. This means we can come to you and show you just how fascinating it is!

We invite you to a series of educational concerts featuring the ‘Gdańsk’ mobile carillon

The carillonneurs (Wojciech Lauer, Witold Maciak, Ignas Vydeika and Monika Kaźmierczak) will give demonstrations of the instrument lasting around 20 minutes, accompanied by a mini-exhibition on the carillon; we have also prepared work sheets for children. Some performances will be followed by longer concerts, for example with trumpeter Emil Miszk (23|6) or  Tubicinatores Gedanenses – historic trumpet ensemble (4|7). We are also planning competitions for the audience to recognise bedtime stories played on the carillon 🙂 (31|5 and 14|6).
